There are many other people working in the Centre mainly in administrative roles. These include Dr Bates` secretary Ms Cheryl Burns. Cheryl is responsible for the smooth running of Dr Bates` schedule and arranges the many meetings he is required to attend within Health & Social Services (H&SS). Patients can contact her for repeat prescriptions of specialist medicines and any other queries on 444588. Cheryl also acts as a very valuable administrative resource for the staff at the Centre.
Suzanne Du Feu and Kim White are our receptionists who deal with all manner of enquiries. Theirs are the voices you will hear when calling the Centre. (Tel: 444599). If your query is of a medical nature they will quickly direct your call to an appropriate member of the team. There is a voicemail facility that activates if the phone line is busy or the Centre is closed - please leave a clear message including your name and contact number and we will return the call. You will meet Suzanne & Kim when attending for clinic appointments or calling into the Centre to purchase supplies. They are supported by our administrative assistant, Penny.
